"we", "us", "our").

Throughout this site, these terms apply to

churidhars, kurtis, and other ladies' wear, as well as men's clothing, through our website and physical store in Ranni, Pathanamthitta, Kerala, and
internationally via our website.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse
orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by resellers, distributors,
or for bulk/wholesale purposes, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.

An order is not binding on us until it is
confirmed and accepted by us (e.g., via order confirmation email or SMS). We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to shipment for any reason,
including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, with a full refund of any amount paid.

 

SECTION 6 — PAYMENTS

All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers; these are handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with applicable payment security standards (PCI-DSS).

By making a purchase, you confirm that the payment method used is your own or that you are authorized to use it. In-store purchases at our physical location may be made via cash, card, or UPI as accepted at that time.

We are not responsible for any delay,
failure, or error in payment processing caused by Razorpay, your bank, or your payment provider.

 

SECTION 7 — INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SHIPPING

We ship internationally as well as within India. For international orders:

1. You are responsible for any
customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination
country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless

2. Delivery times for
international orders may vary due to customs processing and are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, international

ensure that the products you order are permitted for import into your
destination country. We are not liable for any product seized, delayed, or
destroyed by customs authorities.

    
4. Title and risk of loss for
international shipments pass to you upon handover to the shipping carrier,
except as otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

    
5. We are not responsible for
shipments delayed, lost, or damaged in transit once handed over to a third-party courier, beyond assistance in filing a claim with that courier
where applicable.

 

SECTION 8 — NATURAL VARIATION IN HANDLOOM AND SILK PRODUCTS

Many of our products, including sarees, churidhars, and kurtis, are made from silk and handloom fabrics that are individually woven or dyed.

Minor variations in color, shade, weave, texture, sari, or embroidery between the product received and images shown on the website are natural characteristics of these materials and are not considered defects. Such variation alone is not grounds for return or refund, except as otherwise provided in our Return & Refund Policy.

in English and seated in Pathanamthitta, Kerala, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. This clause does not affect your right,
where available under applicable Indian consumer protection law, to bring a complaint before a District, State, or National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission instead of or in addition to arbitration.
